Group room rates (while rooms are available) starting at $289 per room/per night (excluding fees).  The cut-off for the room block is April 3, 2026, at 11:59 p.m.

Register by April 26, 2026 to avoid additional charges. The last day to cancel with a refund is April 4, 2026. There will be a $50.00 Administrative fee for all cancellations. Any cancellations after April 11, 2026 will not be refunded due to food costs that have already been submitted.

*Late Registration is available after April 26, 2026 Members $800, Non-Members $1,500.
